SMS Messaging & Consent
This page explains exactly how someone opts in to text messages from LocalLeadOS, what they are shown when they do, and how they opt out.
How SMS consent works
Every step below reflects the live behaviour of our public forms.
- 1A visitor comes to the LocalLeadOS website.
- 2The visitor submits a request — a question, territory availability, a growth system walkthrough, an estimate or another service enquiry.
- 3The visitor enters their mobile number on that form.
- 4Text message consent is presented separately from the rest of the form and separately from our Terms.
- 5The text message box is unchecked by default. Nothing is pre-selected.
- 6The visitor actively checks the box only if they want text messages from LocalLeadOS.
- 7The visitor can submit the request without checking the box. Text message consent is optional and is never required to submit an enquiry or to buy anything.
- 8When the box is checked, we record the consent: the status, the mobile number submitted, the date and time, the page the form was on, the source, and the exact wording shown at that moment.
- 9Anyone who receives our texts can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we stop.
- 10Anyone can reply HELP at any time for assistance.
