What is LocalLeadOS?
LocalLeadOS is a customer acquisition platform for local service businesses to capture inquiries, manage follow-up, track appointments and report on opportunities. Lead Generation and Conversion-Focused Websites are separate optional services, not included in SaaS subscriptions.
Is LocalLeadOS software?
Yes — it is both. You get your own secure sign-in to the LocalLeadOS workspace, where you can see your leads, appointments, reports, and team in one place, backed by a team that builds and manages the system for you.
Who is it for?
Local service businesses — flooring, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, cleaning, electrical, landscaping, and similar trades that serve a defined geographic area.
Do you sell leads?
LocalLeadOS is not a shared lead marketplace. Lead Generation is a separate optional service, not included in Launch, Growth or Market Leader subscriptions. We do not sell the same LocalLeadOS-generated lead to multiple competing contractors.
What is customer acquisition?
Customer acquisition is the process of turning a prospect into a paying customer — everything from attracting the inquiry to capturing it, responding, following up, booking the appointment, and winning the job. Your acquisition cost per customer is what you spend on marketing and sales divided by the number of customers you actually win. LocalLeadOS is built around that whole process, not just the first step.
Does LocalLeadOS use AI to follow up with leads?
LocalLeadOS supports automated and AI-assisted lead follow-up so new inquiries get a fast, consistent response even when your team is busy. Follow-up sequences, reminders, and response tools help make sure every lead is followed up with — because the business that responds first usually wins the conversation.

No. Checking availability is free and creates no obligation or agreement.

Pricing and terms
What does it cost?
Every account starts with a $1,499 initial payment that includes onboarding, setup, launch, and your first 30 days of LocalLeadOS. After your first 30 days, your plan continues at $499/month for Launch, $699/month for Growth, or $899/month (per location) for Market Leader. Final scope and terms are confirmed after your territory review.
Where can I see exact pricing?
Plan pricing is published on our Pricing page and is the same for every market: $499/month for Launch, $699/month for Growth, and $899/month (per location) for Market Leader, plus the one-time $1,499 Onboarding & Market Launch payment that includes your first 30 days.
Are there contracts?
Terms depend on plan and scope, and they are stated clearly before anything begins.
Results and expectations
Do you guarantee results?
No. LocalLeadOS does not guarantee lead volume, revenue, search rankings, appointments, or specific business results.
How long until we see changes?
It varies by market, plan, competition, and starting point. We set expectations honestly during your review rather than promising a timeline we cannot control.
What do you actually measure?
Where opportunities originate, how quickly they are responded to, how many convert to appointments, and how that changes over time.
Territories
Why limit territories?
Working with competing businesses in the same market and category would undermine the system for everyone involved.
How is a territory defined?
Typically by industry plus a geographic service area such as a ZIP code cluster or metro region, based on market density.
What if my market is taken?
We will tell you directly. We can note your interest in case availability changes or discuss adjacent areas you serve.
