About LocalLeadOS
What is LocalLeadOS?
LocalLeadOS is a customer acquisition system for local service businesses. We build and manage the process that attracts prospects, captures inquiries, responds quickly, follows up, generates appointments, requests reviews, and reports on results.
Is LocalLeadOS software?
Today LocalLeadOS is a managed growth system rather than software you log into. A customer software platform is in development for a future phase.
Who is it for?
Local service businesses — flooring, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, cleaning, electrical, landscaping, and similar trades that serve a defined geographic area.
Do you sell leads?
No. LocalLeadOS is not a shared lead marketplace. Opportunities generated for your business belong to your business.
Getting started
How do I start?
Submit a territory request. We review your industry, market, and availability, then reach out to confirm details and discuss your goals.
Does a request commit me to anything?
No. Checking availability is free and creates no obligation or agreement.
What do you need from me?
Basic information about your business, service area, current marketing, and growth goals. The more accurate the picture, the more useful the review.
Pricing and terms
What does it cost?
Plans start at $499/month for Launch, $999/month for Growth, and $1,999/month for Market Leader. Final scope and investment are confirmed after your territory review.
Why isn't exact pricing published?
Scope depends on market size, competition, service area, and goals. We would rather quote accurately than publish a number that does not fit your situation.
Are there contracts?
Terms depend on plan and scope, and they are stated clearly before anything begins.
Results and expectations
Do you guarantee results?
No. LocalLeadOS does not guarantee lead volume, revenue, search rankings, appointments, or specific business results.
How long until we see changes?
It varies by market, plan, competition, and starting point. We set expectations honestly during your review rather than promising a timeline we cannot control.
What do you actually measure?
Where opportunities originate, how quickly they are responded to, how many convert to appointments, and how that changes over time.
Territories
Why limit territories?
Working with competing businesses in the same market and category would undermine the system for everyone involved.
How is a territory defined?
Typically by industry plus a geographic service area such as a ZIP code cluster or metro region, based on market density.
What if my market is taken?
We will tell you directly. We can note your interest in case availability changes or discuss adjacent areas you serve.
