Reviews Are a Process, Not Luck
Businesses with strong review profiles are rarely better at the work. They are better at asking, consistently.
Asking is the whole game
Most satisfied customers never leave a review because nobody asked them at a moment when it was easy. Most unsatisfied customers review unprompted. That asymmetry is how good companies end up with mediocre ratings.
A consistent request after every completed job corrects the imbalance without any manipulation.
Timing matters more than wording
The best moment is shortly after the work is finished and verified, while the relief of a solved problem is still fresh. A week later, the moment has passed.
Automating that timing removes the dependency on someone remembering at the end of a long day.
Keep it honest
Never incentivize reviews, never filter who gets asked based on predicted sentiment, and never write reviews on a customer's behalf. Beyond the platform rules, it corrodes the trust the reviews are meant to signal.
Ask everyone, make it easy, and let the work speak.
